– and I believe following the thing you keep thinking about will lead you to a life that tells a good story.

Hey there, I'm Kristen

I was in my yoga teacher training, standing in warrior two, when my instructor said something that stopped me: "Notice your thoughts in this pose."

I had never once considered that I could choose what I thought about myself and my life. I assumed my thoughts just happened — to me, about me, beyond my control. But something cracked open in that moment. If I could notice a thought, I could question it. If I could question it, I could choose something different.

I became a little obsessed after that. Books, podcasts, trainings — I wanted to understand how the mind works, why we stay stuck, and what it actually takes to change. That curiosity led me to a coaching certification. Then another. Then Human Design. Then Neurosomatic Intelligence — because I kept wanting a more complete picture of the people I was working with. Their mindset, their history, their nervous systems, the stories they'd been carrying so long they forgot they were just stories.

I'm here to live a good story,
and show you how you can, too.

I grew up in a small town knowing that there was more waiting for me somewhere. I didn't have a roadmap — just a restlessness I couldn't shake and enough audacity to follow it.

At 16, I was already making moves. I took two art classes in high school, sewed my own senior prom dress, and got myself into art school to study fashion design.

After college, I started a textile design business. Then I trained to teach yoga. Then pursued massage therapy. Then coaching. From the outside, it might have looked scattered. From the inside, I was just following what I couldn't stop thinking about — which, as it turns out, is the whole point.

One phrase in the middle of all of that changed the direction of my life.

nomadic adventure memories

In 2023, I sold nearly everything I owned and spent four months driving across the United States, chasing National Parks and the version of myself who didn't need a fixed address to feel at home. After that, I moved to Montana — partly to prove I could survive a northern winter as a lifelong southern girl (I could) — and stayed for almost two years.

These days, I'm on the Gulf Coast, recharging with salt air and water so clear it almost doesn't look real. Every decision that brought me here started as something I couldn't stop thinking about. A whisper that got louder until I finally listened.

That's what an intentional life actually is, in my experience. Not a plan you execute perfectly. A practice of paying attention — and then having the courage to act on what you notice.

The last eight years.

I've spent that time coaching women one-on-one and in groups — including four years specifically supporting yoga and pilates teachers and studio owners with their businesses.

I also spent three years as Director of Customer Support at a multi-million dollar coaching company, which gave me a view of this industry most coaches never get.

The credential I'm most proud of is the life I've built by actually doing the thing I teach.

That's what I'm here to help you with.

On going for it.

You already know what's pulling at you. Let's figure out what's in the way — and get you moving toward it.
