Hey there, I'm Kristen
A life you wake up to feeling present, grounded, and clear about what matters to you.
That belief didn’t come from theory. It came from experience.
Over a decade ago, during my yoga teacher training, I was in warrior two when my instructor said, “Notice your thoughts in this pose.”
It sounds simple, but that moment stopped me.
Up until then, I thought thoughts just… happened.
The mental noise, the pressure, the stress spirals, the constant feeling of being behind — I assumed that was just adulthood.
But that single observation opened a door.
I became curious about how we experience our own lives — our patterns, our reactions, the stories we carry. I dove into books, podcasts, training, and eventually coaching work.
Overwhelm wasn’t my problem.
It was information.
Meanwhile, from the outside, everything looked fine.
Through my coaching and my year-long program, Your Intentional Year, I guide you in reconnecting to what you want, making grounded decisions, and building a life that reflects it — one aligned step at a time.
Because you don’t have to wait for burnout to change direction.
You don’t have to hit rock bottom to start living differently.
And you don’t have to figure it out alone.
In 2023, I sold nearly all of my things and took off on a nomadic adventure across the United States for 3.5 months, visiting many National Parks along the way.
After a few months of travel, I wanted to settle for a bit. I chose Montana to see if I could handle a northern winter – southern girl here – and I can now officially say I lived in Montana for almost two years.
These days, I’ve traded mountains for the Gulf Coast — where I recharge with salt air, white sand, and clear water.
Because intentional living doesn’t mean escaping life.
It means choosing how you experience it.
And that’s work I’m still practicing right alongside you.
Now – for the professional stuff...
Lastly – the fun stuff...
