I’ve spent the last few years minimizing the skincare and beauty products I use daily and have been trying out clean brands along the way. I’ve pared down to these six brands that I use on a daily basis and absolutely love each of them. I am not an affiliate of any of these brands. I use them, love them, and have purchased them all with my own money. The links are there to make it easier for you to click and check them out for yourself.
1 | Ilia Beauty
I was recently introduced to Ilia Beauty and have enjoyed the two products I’ve tried. I’m loving the Limitless Lash Mascara and the way their Super Serum Skin Tint feels is so light and like you aren’t wearing makeup at all.
2 | Curology
My sister introduced me to Curology two summers ago when she was struggling to find skincare that helped to take care of her acne. I was also struggling with hormonal and cystic acne and despite every product I tried, nothing seemed to completely help. Until Curology. I filled out the information explaining my situation and was sent a free trial. It helped pretty quickly and I’ve been a customer ever since. It’s not necessarily a clean beauty product, in terms of natural ingredients, but it has worked for me. The kit comes with a cleanser, moisturizer, and your specific formula.
3 | Primally Pure
Primally Pure is one of my very favorite clean skincare brands. I’ve tried multiple products of theirs. I currently use the Gua Sha stone every morning after I put on my moisturizer to reduce inflammation, ya know, the usual morning puffiness. And it feels amazing! In the evenings after I put on my moisturizer, I use the Rose Quartz roller for a gentle facial massage before bed. You can also get them together.
4 | Missio Hair
I tried a few different clean hair products before I found Missio and now, I only use Missio products on my hair. I love their Gentle Shampoo, Light Conditioner, Coconut Cleansing Powder (their version of dry shampoo), Styling Spray for beach waves, and Golden Hair Spray to set it all. On top of great products that smell amazing, their mission is even more impactful – “using hair care products to restore hope and fight human trafficking”.
5 | Native
I’ve tried what feels like a zillion natural deodorants and Native has been my favorite so far. To be totally honest, I still don’t think any natural deodorant prevents you from smelling a little funky at the end of the day. As much as I wish that weren’t the case, it has been for me. Still, I don’t plan on going back to standard deodorant. I’ll put on another swipe of the natural stuff. ha!
6 | RMS Beauty
I’ve used RMS Beauty “un”cover up foundation for a few years now and love how easily it goes on and how light it feels. I’ve also used their luminizer, lip2cheek, pressed blush, and tinted “un” powder.
7 | Primally Pure
This is their Soothing Mask, which I love. I’ve also tried the Blue Tansy Beauty Cream and the Fancy Face Serum.
8 | ZitSticka
Lastly, one I didn’t mention but that I really love is Zitsticka. If you’ve ever struggled with cystic acne, you know that feeling of a large under-the-skin bump that you can’t do anything about but feel the pain. Zitsticka Killa is a patch that will reduce the inflammation and have those painful bumps going away quickly.
I will be sharing more things I love and use as I live an intentional life and teach you to do the same. If you want to learn more about me and how I help people live their own intentional life, start here.
