You're the person everyone else counts on. When do you get to count on yourself?
Your Intentional Year is a 12-month group coaching experience for the woman who has spent a long time showing up for everyone else — and is finally ready to show up for herself.
We'll get you out of your head and into your life. Taking action, building self-trust, and becoming the person who actually follows through on what she wants.
→ The city saved in a folder you revisit every few months
→ The business you've almost started more than once
→ The relationship you want to feel alive in again
→ The financial growth that feels almost too big to say out loud
→ The dream you keep journaling about but haven't moved toward yet
Introducing: Your Intentional Year
Your Intentional Year is a year-long group coaching program for women who are done wishing they were living up to their potential and are ready to make something happen.
→ Drowning in self-improvement advice with nothing to show for it
→ Convinced you're capable of more — but can't figure out why nothing sticks
→ Restless for something different, even if you can't name it yet
→ Done with advice that ignores your actual life
→ Craving real people, real accountability, real momentum
→ Ready to bet on yourself for once
Tabitha's Story –
Her dream was a renovated home in a neighborhood she loved. She's enjoying evenings on the back porch of that home now.
“Kristen has helped me grow into who I want to be. She urges me to dream bigger dreams, encourages me to set bigger goals and each time, I crush them with her help. Her ability to teach me to retrain my brain and manage my mindset has been so life giving.”
And every step of the way, you have:
Over the next twelve months, in Your Intentional Year, we'll focus on you. You will:
Become the person who follows through, who keeps your word to yourself, who's confident going after the life you want because you've proven to yourself it's possible.
Start noticing what's working. As you take action, you'll gather real evidence that change is happening — giving your brain something concrete to hold onto when doubt creeps in.
Take action. Do the tasks you've been avoiding. Learn from them. Take more action. Figure out how you are going to achieve the life you desire by doing.
Process the feelings you tend to avoid. Be willing to experience the discomfort — both in reflection AND as you take action — so you can feel confident feeling it all the way to your dreams.
Uncover what's keeping you stuck. Reveal any mindset and nervous system blocks you are experiencing. Things like perfectionism, procrastination, lack of motivation, not feeling safe to take action, or fear of being judged.
Evaluate your life as it is today. Look honestly and non-judgmentally at every area so you can be crystal clear about what changes you'd like to make, AND what you are happy with that you'll continue doing.
You have areas of life you've been meaning to get to — someday. This is the year you actually do.
Over 12 months, we'll give every area of your life the attention it deserves.
Some will need a total reimagining. Others just need a small, intentional shift. You'll get to decide.
There's no one-size-fits-all formula here. Instead, you'll learn to understand your own rhythms, capacity, values, and desires — and use that self-knowledge to build habits, systems, and routines that actually work for the life you're living right now.
Your Intentional Year is intentionally paced — one month, one area of life at a time — so you can slow down, truly integrate what you're learning, and build a life that evolves with you. No rushing. No burning out. Steady, meaningful progress.
This program works at the level of identity, patterns, and nervous system responses — because lasting change doesn't come from doing more. It comes from shifting who you're being. When that shifts, what you do naturally follows.
Pre-recorded video lessons, live coaching calls, and module workbooks — plus a curated collection of books, podcasts, teachers, and tools I've gathered over a decade of building my own intentional life.
Meet Your Coach
I'm an eldest daughter, through and through. Showing up for the people I love has always come easily to me. Showing up for myself? That took a lot longer to figure out. For years, the only time I'd finally put myself first was when I was resentful — frustrated that no one else was prioritizing me, not because I had any real clarity about what I wanted. I spent a long time living from should. Doing what made sense, what looked right, what everyone else seemed to expect.
At some point, I got tired of that. I started getting honest about what I actually wanted, and slowly, I built a life that finally felt like mine.
That's what I've dedicated the last eight years to helping other women do as well.
Women who poured themselves into a career that checked all the boxes — and eventually chose to chase the one that lit them up instead. Women who renovated their home to fit their growing family, and now get to enjoy the space they always pictured. Women who took a chance on a PhD and are doing work that genuinely excites them. Women who craved more peace — in their bodies, their homes, their relationships — and slowly, steadily found it.
Your intentional life is possible, too. Whatever it looks like for you. I'd love to help you build it.

Why a group program?
How is this different from therapy?
Being in community with other women who are achieving big things is refreshing. It might be the only place in your life where these conversations are happening, and you can feel inspired to keep going when it gets hard, because it will.
Both are valuable. Therapy explores where you've been. Coaching focuses on where you're going — and who you need to become to get there.
What if I fall behind or lose momentum?
What if I find out this isn't for me?
Life is guaranteed to happen this year. That's why I give you a year to design your intentional life. It gives room to have setbacks, unexpected occurrences, and months where you didn't get much done. You'll be able to return to it and pick back up where you were.
If, after 30 days, you realize this program isn't for you, I'll give you a full refund. I want to ensure we're both a good fit for each other and you're a good fit for the program. If you're not, we'll part ways with love.
The way that I see myself now and the relationship that I have with myself is the thing that I'm most proud of. I spent a lot of years in a really dark place in my relationship with myself, and part of that was looking to everyone else to validate me, while also feeling like no one knew the real me.
Now, I know me, the real me, and I love myself so abundantly. There's so much goodness from that - how it shows up in my daily life, how I take care of myself, how I engage with people, and how it impacts my career.”
“I felt stuck, hopeless, and overwhelmed. A lot of the things you were saying, I thought, I want that.
this could be you....
To go from overwhelm and anxiety to feeling peace, calm, and playful. I have the opportunity to choose these feelings if I decide to take it.”
“I have such a deeper relationship with myself.
If you don't have your life, your core foundation, and your brain managed for yourself, first of all, you are not going to get far anywhere else in life, anything else you try to do.”
“It all really fell into place once I figured out where my brain was holding me up.
“I learned to celebrate every victory, no matter how big or small. Every month my confidence increased.”
