THE CURRICULUM

Let's say you have a goal of managing your time better. You're currently feeling scattered and often struggle to complete tasks.

In a coaching session, we'd look at what the root of this issue might be. I'll ask you some questions to help you gain awareness. I'll offer you mindset shifts and nervous system tools you can apply immediately and practice over time to see lasting change.

You'll then go into your life and start noticing when you are struggling to complete a task. You'll know how to pause before going into a usual pattern and shift your behavior so you can be more productive.

Why focus on one topic per month?

Because slow intentional work creates lasting change. One focus at a time ensures you have adequate time to explore that area of life and integrate change to create results.

You’ll still benefit. Every topic allows you to evaluate that particular area of life, and even if it's not an area you want to improve, there's likely something to bring awareness to.

Members can receive coaching on any of the 36 group calls. VIP members receive bi-weekly private coaching as well.

Two coaching calls per month + one integration call that gives you time to implement the action steps you will need to take.

Three coaching calls per month and a portal for you to access additional resources, including videos and workbooks.

That's okay! I am here as your guide. Your job is to show up with the problem you'd like help with and my job is to coach you through it. You're also welcome to observe others get coached to get comfortable first.
