1:1 private coaching using a combination of mindset tools, Neurosomatic Intelligence, and Human Design to help you bring the thing you keep putting off to life in six months.
You've been thinking about it for a while now.
The idea. The dream. The decision you keep almost making.
You don't need more motivation. You don't need a better planner. And you don't need to try harder.
What you need is someone who understands why it's been so hard to start — and has the tools to actually help you change that.
Here's why change is hard:
You might think you have a discipline problem. A motivation problem.
It goes a little deeper than that.
Your nervous system is the driving force behind your behavior, your decision-making, your capacity to take action, and your capacity to rest. It's been shaped by every experience you've ever had.
And if it's learned that staying safe means staying small, staying still, staying in the planning phase forever... it will keep doing exactly that, no matter how much you want things to be different.
You're not broken. You're not lazy. Your nervous system is doing exactly what it was trained to do.
And it can be retrained.
Most coaching works at the level of the mind — goals, strategies, mindset shifts. And those things matter.
But if your nervous system is wired for protection, for staying in overwhelm, for keeping you just close enough to your dream without ever reaching it — mindset work alone won't move you through that.
As a Certified Coach and Neurosomatic Intelligence Practitioner, I work with both.
That means we don't just talk about what you want to do differently. We work with your brain and body to make it safe enough to actually do it.
We identify the nervous system patterns keeping you stuck. We use evidence-based, body-based tools to rewire them. And we build the kind of regulated, resilient nervous system that can hold the change you're making — so it lasts.
This is not another program that asks you to think your way to a different life.
This is the work that changes what's happening underneath.
Neurosomatic Intelligence (NSI) is an evidence-based framework that uses applied neurology to create real, lasting change — at the level of the brain and nervous system.
Your brain's activation signals, neural pathways, and firing patterns determine who you have been — and who you will become. All behavior, every habit, every automatic response you have, is rooted in nervous system activity.
NSI gives us the tools to work with that directly.
Instead of just identifying limiting beliefs, we address the somatic patterns behind them. Instead of pushing through anxiety, we retrain the nervous system's threat response. Instead of forcing yourself to take action, we make it neurologically safe to do so.
That's the difference between change that sticks and change that fades the moment life gets hard.
Become the person who follows through, who keeps your word to yourself, who's confident going after the life you want because you've proven to yourself it's possible.
Start noticing what's working. As you take action, you'll gather real evidence that change is happening — giving your brain something concrete to hold onto when doubt creeps in.
Take action. Do the tasks you've been avoiding. Learn from them. Take more action. Figure out how you are going to achieve the life you desire by doing.
Process the feelings you tend to avoid. Be willing to experience the discomfort — both in reflection AND as you take action — so you can feel confident feeling it all the way to your dreams.
Uncover what's keeping you stuck. Reveal any mindset and nervous system blocks you are experiencing. Things like perfectionism, procrastination, lack of motivation, not feeling safe to take action, or fear of being judged.
Evaluate your life as it is today. Look honestly and non-judgmentally at the area(s) you wish to improve so you can be crystal clear about what changes you'd like to make.

Three 1:1 Coaching Calls Each Month
Each session is tailored to where you are and what you need. Some sessions are deep excavation — uncovering what's been in the way. Some are practical momentum-building — mapping out next steps and clearing what comes up. Some are nervous system training — building your capacity to hold the change you're creating.
Between sessions, you'll have access to NSI tools and practices to continue your nervous system training in real time.
This is for you if...
→ You've been thinking about your one thing long enough — you're ready to actually do it
→ You've tried mindset work and it only goes so far
→ You feel the anxiety, the freeze, the self-sabotage — and you're ready to understand what's actually driving it
→ You want real tools, not just inspiration
→ You're done going it alone
→ Something in you knows this is the right time
tabitha's story

Meet Your Coach
I'm a Certified Life Coach and Neurosomatic Intelligence Practitioner — which means I'm trained not just in coaching methodology, but in the applied neuroscience of lasting change.
I understand what it's like to have a nervous system that can feel like it's working against you — to know what you want and still find yourself circling it, never quite landing. I also know what it looks like when that changes.
My work is rooted in both: the coaching tools that help you get clear and move forward, and the nervous system tools that make it actually safe to do so. Together, they create the kind of change that doesn't fade when life gets hard.

katie's story
“I no longer describe my life as 'living in overwhelm', which I never thought I'd be able to say.”
The way that I see myself now and the relationship that I have with myself is the thing that I'm most proud of. I spent a lot of years in a really dark place in my relationship with myself, and part of that was looking to everyone else to validate me, while also feeling like no one knew the real me.
Now, I know me, the real me, and I love myself so abundantly. There's so much goodness from that - how it shows up in my daily life, how I take care of myself, how I engage with people, and how it impacts my career.”
“I felt stuck, hopeless, and overwhelmed. A lot of the things you were saying, I thought, I want that.
this could be you....
To go from overwhelm and anxiety to feeling peace, calm, and playful. I have the opportunity to choose these feelings if I decide to take it.”
“I have such a deeper relationship with myself.
If you don't have your life, your core foundation, and your brain managed for yourself, first of all, you are not going to get far anywhere else in life, anything else you try to do.”
“It all really fell into place once I figured out where my brain was holding me up.
“I learned to celebrate every victory, no matter how big or small. Every month my confidence increased.”

If you know you're ready
On our call, we'll talk about your one thing, what's been in the way, and whether 1:1 coaching is the right fit for where you are right now.
schedule my consult
If after 30 days you realize this isn't the right fit, I'll give you a prorated refund. I want to make sure we're aligned before we begin — which is why the consultation call matters.
That's part of what we prepare for. Life is going to happen. The goal isn't to never lose momentum — it's to build the nervous system capacity to come back more quickly when you do. That's actually one of the most valuable things we build together.
I'd want to know more about that. In my experience, coaching without nervous system work has a ceiling — especially for women who are already self-aware but keep hitting the same wall. If you've done the mindset work and still feel stuck, this might be the missing piece.
Not at all. Part of what we do together is help you understand your own nervous system in a practical, accessible way — no clinical background required. You'll learn how to recognize your patterns and use tools that work for your specific system.
Both are valuable and they serve different purposes. Therapy explores your past and helps you heal from it. Coaching focuses on where you're going and who you need to become to get there. NSI bridges the gap between the two — it's trauma-informed and body-based, but it's still coaching, still forward-focused, still centered on your goal.
Neurosomatic Intelligence (NSI) is an evidence-based framework that uses applied neurology to create change at the level of the brain and nervous system. Traditional coaching often focuses on mindset and strategy, which is valuable — but if your nervous system is running patterns of protection, anxiety, or shutdown underneath, mindset work alone has a ceiling. NSI gives us science-backed, body-based tools to work below that ceiling and create change that actually sticks.
Need help right now? I created a video to walk you through exactly what to do to feel less overwhelmed, AND it includes a nervous system tool to help you feel more at peace in this very moment.
i'll take that!
